Fish!

Fish! is a name of a book।The title seems to be very boring..........even i felt, this when i was heard about this book।But when i read it i found that this is a very good book for every one who is lacking interests in thier work or duty..........especially for youngsters,[what i think as i am a 18 year old].........though this book was written for all peoples, and every generation like this book after reading The book is written by Harry Paul,John Christensen and Stephen C। Lundin.It really increases our morale...the methods given in that book is really very effective.The writer has given a formula of "how to do your work effectively and efficiently".People especially in India (government employee and workers) are very lazy about thier work.They do not perform thier duty with strong responsibility.You have noticed this somewhere in any office they dont give good response too, they think that "it is thier (CUSTOMERS) duty to serve from us, not we should serve them".However we can not say that this is every where but it is very common thing which i am mentioning. The writer in this book increases the morale of reader.It is inspiring as well as interesting.It is interesting because it has story.It is a story about a lady whose husband was very effective in his work he was in a good reputed company and was highly impressed by his boss.He makes his work interesting and he always feel good after coming from duty (unlike others).He always tells his wife about his whole day. After some years her husband dies and she has too do job for competing her two children.She joins a company whose goodwill was not good and company was going in loss.As they dont have effective management system thier workers are very lazy in doing thier work.they even dont treat thier customers with responsibilty.No employee ever recieve the phone calls.After becoming the boss of very poor group in the poor company she got the resposibilty to make thier workers best in thier duty and she do her best in that after getting a formula from FISH MARKET when she got there for lunch. That FISH MARKET gives her some good ideas about effective staff.Though we generally not like to go to fish market as because of the environment but if we addict the fish market we found that there is no any good place better than fish market [refering to thier working skills].As the workers or traders have competition among thier neighbours but they dont have jealousness.Every day for them is new year with lot of excitements and expectations.They have fun in thier business.They think that thier work is not a work, but a play that every competitor is playing and they do thier best in selling thier products.They also make thier customers happy and satisfied.They respect thier customers and make them interested in thier work. After observing the fish market.She makes some tips and tell it to evryone she makes the workers to complete thier project by playing games.She filled strong enthusiasm and responsibility in thier workers.After all she win to make her best in his company. The formula of fish market is very very inspirable.It also inspired me alot.It was my first book which i read completely.Well, its a long time i read it.Before reading this book i hate books.but now i like books,and reading is my hobby.
