Who stands to gain from war hysteria?

It is not important who is the real inculpate of war hysteria arguments. but we should give more priority to the question who stands to gain from conflict?

I am totally focusing on the current happenings among India and China. They both are running fast on the track of growth and development. but suddenly media indicates about the war. however we cannot blame only media for this some of the organization of government are also liable, For ex; we have Arun Shorie, as the lead contributor. Even the retired officers of the Indian armed forces who are attached with "think tank" is stimulating the forces. We have other peoples too like foreign and security policy circuit persuading India by commenting that growing Chinese menaces leaves India without any option but to depend on U.S. sometimes violating Tibet issue, and there are other factors too who are stimulating war hysteria. but why they are doing so?

However, Prime minister Manmohan Singh just like his nature and army chief Deepak kapoor are trying to oppose it. That's very true that country like U.S. is habitual to fight turf wars through media but we don't have such type of mariton culture and nor we do need.

For making better relationship there is a best way for which china and russia had adopted for tempering down the temperature of conflict. It is regular coordination of political leaders of two countries for which the countries have also established a hotline between prime ministers. Another step is the two countries are doing is stimulation of more trades and business agreement. We have other methods too like cooperation in regional and international issue of common interest like global warming.

No countries could gain anything from war. This is the era of developing economy and where both the two countries are future powers of the world, one has the second largest economy and other is going to be the third largest economy in the world. both are neighbors and have huge competition in every terms. If they indulge in war like activities they will loose the most important focus.
Now what is the conclusion coming out from the article that India needs security not war in order to remain focusing on becoming the developed country by co-operating with U.S. Because china is the biggest threat of India and we cannot remove or eliminate it by stimulating war.
